We learn to cook fish and combine it with traditional Marche fishing.
We start the day meeting at the Fano fish market with Ivana, our mama-chef. We choose the best fresh fish then the location together in order to use it for the “scoglio” sauce and preparing the handmade pasta using the rolling pin as tradition requires. The location is fantastic, you are at Ivana’s typical 7700 farmhouse in the countryside.
Let’s put the “hands in the dough” under Ivana’s wise guidance and in the meantime we taste the wonderful homemade tarts and pies made by her, listening to the curious stories of her family.
